Return Policy – Core Memory Orb

Please read carefully before purchasing.

1. Return Window: All returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Returns after this period will not be accepted.

2. Condition of Items: Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Any signs of wear, damage, or tampering will void the return.

3. Return Shipping for Refunds: If you request a refund to your original payment method, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Return Process:

   • Contact us at corememoryorb@outlook.com to request a return.

   • Include your order number and reason for return.

   • We will provide a return authorization and address. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

5. Refunds:

   • Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

   • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

   • Refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear on your account.

6. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different product, please place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We will replace it at no cost, and shipping for the replacement is covered by us.
